The debut single from Lo Moon takes the form of this impressively extensive indie-pop tune “Loveless”. There is a great exploration of dynamics throughout the song, with the verses featuring gentle tremolo guitar and twinkling electronics while the chorus rises with tastefully primal drum fills.
The song’s most intriguing moments however appear in the lengthy breakdown, where organs and feather-light synthesisers enter the fold. At its core, this is inoffensive ethereal indie-pop produced with a lavish atmosphere.
